At the close of 2020 Jewel Burks Solomon and co-owners Tracey Pickett and Dr. LaKeysha Hallmon purchased a mixed use property in the heart of the Castleberry Hills - a historic neighborhood outside of Atlanta, Georgia. The 8,000 sq. ft two-story loft is a hub for creatives, collaboration and community, hosting weddings, sponsored events, and marketspace for up-and-coming entrepreneurs.

As the former Head of Google for Startups in the US, Jewel Burks Solomon has been instrumental in leveling the playing field for underrepresented startup founders. She has effectively connected them with Google’s products, people, and best practices.

Currently, as Managing Partner at Collab Capital, Jewel launched a $50M venture capital fund aimed at closing the funding gap for Black entrepreneurs. Her leadership and dedication have been vital in creating more access to the technology innovation ecosystem.

As the Co-founder of Partpic, Jewel Burks Solomon revolutionized the industrial parts industry with a unique visual recognition technology. Her vision and leadership culminated in the successful acquisition of the company by global tech giant Amazon in 2016, marking a significant milestone in her career as a disruptive tech founder.
